In plain words
I treat your data the way I do in real life: with care, honesty and respect. This website collects as little as possible. There is no contact form, no newsletter, no social media buttons and no advertising trackers. If you write to me, I only use your details to reply.

2. Hosting by Wix
This website runs on the Wix.com Ltd. platform, Yunitsman 5 St., Tel Aviv, Israel. When you visit the site, Wix processes technically necessary data such as your IP address, date and time, the page visited, browser, operating system and the page you came from (referrer). This is needed to display the site and keep it secure.
The legal basis is my legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). A data processing agreement is in place with Wix. Israel is covered by an adequacy decision of the European Commission. Wix also uses data centres outside the EU, including in the USA. These transfers are safeguarded by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and EU Standard Contractual Clauses. More information in the Wix privacy policy: www.wix.com/about/privacy
3. Cookies and statistics
Wix sets cookies that are technically necessary for operating and securing the site (Section 25(2) TDDDG). Only if you agree in the cookie banner does Wix also create simple visitor statistics, so I can see which pages are read (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Section 25(1) TDDDG). You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings”. I do not analyse individual people and do not use services such as Google Analytics or the Facebook Pixel.
You can delete or block cookies in your browser at any time. The site may then only work to a limited extent.
4. Fonts
The fonts on this site are loaded from Wix servers, not directly from Google. No data is transferred to Google in the process.
5. Contact by email or phone
If you write to me or call me, I process your details to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, to prepare a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). I do not pass your data on. I delete it as soon as it is no longer needed, unless statutory retention periods apply, for example for business letters and invoices.
6. External links
This site contains links to other websites. Only when you click one does the other provider receive data from you. Their own privacy policy applies to those sites.
7. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). You can withdraw any consent you have given at any time. An email to info@yasminfloriakress.com is enough.
You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for me is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA), Postfach 1349, 91504 Ansbach, Germany, www.lda.bayern.de
You are not obliged to provide me with any data. Without your contact details, however, I cannot reply to you. I do not make automated decisions and do not create profiles.
8. Security
This site is encrypted via SSL/TLS. You can recognise this by the padlock symbol and “https://” in the address bar.

October 2026. I will update this policy whenever something on the website changes.
